Companies such as Sourcing Divas perform tasks from running simple errands to large projects such as setting up a brand new apartment or homes and a myriad of other tasks on behalf of our clients. Virtually any task that does not require the client's presence can be performed on their behalf. Tasks could include grocery shopping, dropping off or picking up laundry/dry cleaning or vehicles for service, reservations, gift buying, and much more. A concierge is your "To do list Specialist" for busy individuals who need extra hours in the day. We manage your lifestyle, no matter how busy you are.
How does a concierge service work?
One phone call or email is all it takes. We have questionnaires that help us to understand exactly what you want or need and set up a plan to make it happen. We have a large network of qualified suppliers, trades people, assistants and partners who will look after your needs in a timely, confidential and cost efficient manner.

Using Sourcing Divas saves you time and this ultimately saves you money to enjoy the lifestyle you deserve. Placing a dollar value on your time will help you determine what you are willing — or not willing — to spend your time on. How can Sourcing Divas help me?
We assist you with your everyday tasks and errands. We know where to source the things you need. It could be a simple gift for someone special or finding unique promotional products for your marketing campaign. We are here to help you with both big and small tasks — just call us and we'll look after the details while you concentrate on the things you want to do.
How much does it cost?
The cost of services is based on your individual needs. We may use an hourly rate, we may suggest a tiered level of service or suggest a retainer for a certain amount of hours each month. We will help you decide which option is best for your lifestyle and budget.
Are there any contracts?
Generally no for hourly rates. If you decide on a monthly retainer, this option may be cancelled at any time. If we undertake to set–up an entire home or apartment, we may ask for an up–front retainer. However, you are not obliged to take out any long term commitments.
How can Sourcing Divas perform so many services?
The services on our menu are those that we perform ourselves as well as those we may out source if we feel we know someone who would do a specific task either better or in a more timely manner. All of our suppliers and trade partners have been qualified by us as providers of excellent service. Other requests are handled by the company you specify or by our service partners. For example, if you need to have something repaired, you have the option to have it done by your preferred repairer or else we will contact one of our service partners.
Does Sourcing Divas handle same day requests?
We will do our very best to fulfill any same day service requests but we can't always guarantee their completion. We ask that you try to provide us with at least 24 hours notice for all service requests to help us better serve you.
What are the normal hours of business and does Sourcing Divas provide evening and weekend service?
Our normal hours of service are between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. We are available to you any time, however additional charges will apply for services provided outside of our normal business hours. On Saturdays we are available by appointment only.
How much notice is required to fulfill my requests?
Since we offer many services, the time needed to complete your request may vary. Most services can be handled with as little as 24 hours notice, and we will do our best to provide you with services at short notice if an emergency arises. Some services however, can take much longer. Give us a call and we can get you a time estimate if you have a special request.
Do service charges include the cost of purchases?
Unless otherwise specified, our service charges do not include the cost of purchases. Funds must be provided when purchases need to be made.
Some clients chose to provide Sourcing Divas with a Credit Card that we will charge back whenever making purchases on their behalf. For clients who make purchases infrequently, we will make arrangements with you before making the purchase.
Do you provide or assist with services that are not on the list?
As long as the task is legal, ethical, and being done with good intentions Sourcing Divas will assist you with completing virtually any task.
What locations does Sourcing Divas service?
Our services can be used by any client anywhere. Services requiring travel outside a 10km radius from our location in Brighton (Melbourne) may incur additional charges.
What methods of payment does Sourcing Divas accept?
We accept cash, direct credit, money orders, MasterCard and Visa.
Will my credit card be charged as a deposit?
No, we will only charge your credit card if we are given your permission to do so for each service rendered or purchase made on your behalf.
Are purchases, expenses and taxes (GST) included in your hourly rate?
No, the client is responsible for paying all additional charges incurred by Sourcing Divas on top of the hourly rate. We will provide receipts for all additional charges and an itemised invoice. You may request a hand written receipt at the time of service and we will provide you with your itemised invoice.
Will Sourcing Divas share my personal information?
NO! Sourcing Divas will never share or sell your information for any reason at any time other than essential information such as address if we are using one of our service providers. Your privacy and security are very important to Sourcing Divas. We operate with complete confidentiality.
